Willy Wonka’s back. The chocolatier and torturer of underhanded kids is seeking the prequel treatment in another film featuring Timothée Chalamet, coming to films in December.
First film of Chalamet as the irregular Roald Dahl character was uncovered Tuesday, showing a youthful Wonka setting out on a journey to stir up the chocolate business and separate a confectionary secrecy.
Chalamet ventures into shoes recently filled by Quality More out of control in 1971 and Johnny Depp in 2005. As opposed to retell Dahl’s 1964 book “Charlie and the Chocolate Production line,” essayist chief Paul Lord has envisioned a fearless, endeavoring assume the personality in what he calls a “friend piece” to the 1971 film.
